WOW STEM is a regional funded West Yorkshire project (Started 1st April 2007) which centres on Creative & Digital Technologies STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) learning.
The project has five key Creative / Digital technology themes.
- Virtual Reality
- Games Technology
- 3D Stereoscopic Technology
- Animation
- Motion Capturing
- Other technologies
The STEM Project is part of the WOW Academy and Bradford College, situated in Bradford, West Yorkshire, within walking distance from the City Centre.
As part of the WOW Academy, the WOW STEM Project has access to state of the art technologies and development activities, including 3D graphics, animation, and filming.
We have many participating schools who have utilised our services, and the number of schools visiting the WOW STEM Project is continually increasing, and students from as far as London have been able to enjoy and experience the activities we have on offer.

Schools which have participated in this project have given constructive and positive feedback. Our activies are easily adaptable to best suit the participants. In some instances, the activities have been so popular that some schools have made several visits with different groups of students!
